What they need
- Coordinate architectural BIM models with structural and MEP models to identify and resolve design clashes.
- Develop, review and maintain architectural 3D models using Autodesk Revit.
- Perform BIM coordination and clash detection using tools such as Navisworks.
- Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, layouts and construction documentation for accuracy and consistency.
- Ensure BIM models comply with project BIM Execution Plans, modelling standards and client requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, BIM Managers, contractors and consultants to resolve design and modelling issues.
- Manage model updates, revisions, drawing submissions and coordination records.
- Support the preparation of coordinated construction drawings, sections, elevations, details and schedules.
- Monitor model quality, naming conventions, file structures and information exchange requirements.
- Attend BIM coordination meetings, track outstanding issues and follow up on resolution deadlines.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
