Archi Coordinator (Construction)

Responsibilities:
Coordinate architectural aspects of projects from the design phase through to construction, ensuring timely delivery

Liaise with project managers/directors, clients, and workers to ensure effective communication

Schedule and coordinate site visits, inspections, and meetings

Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and certifications

Identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions

Ensure compliance with safety protocols, safety rules and regulations

Assist in preparing project reports, budgets, and forecasts

Assist to develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestones

Coordinate material deliveries, equipment rentals, and labor resources

Requirements

:

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.

Proven experience in site coordination and project management.

Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure environments effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other project management tools.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
