Archibus Technical Project Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Archibus Technical Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will oversee a complex technical implementation focused on global deployment planning, requirements definition, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will partner with leadership and stakeholders to drive execution, manage risks, and keep deliverables on track across multiple business units. This position also plays a key role in user acceptance testing, stakeholder reviews, and project briefing preparation. Success in the role will support a disciplined rollout of a technical application environment in a highly collaborative, service-oriented setting.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $113,000 – $188,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and track project schedules and deliverables for the application implementation
• Collaborate with leadership to create a global deployment plan
• Define and document technical and functional requirements with stakeholders
• Facilitate peer and stakeholder review processes for applications
• Plan and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test development
• Lead a multidisciplinary team by coordinating across various business units
• Identify project risks and devise mitigation strategies
• Prepare materials for stakeholder discussions and project briefings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree
• 5+ years of experience managing technical projects or software implementations
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD SECRET security clearance
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
