About the Role

AshreiTech is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect / 3D Signage Designer to develop architectural concepts, 3D signage designs, and photorealistic visualizations for commercial spaces, corporate environments, and branding projects.

The ideal candidate will combine architectural design expertise with strong 3D modeling, rendering, and technical drawing skills, along with an understanding of signage materials, fabrication processes, and installation requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Design & Concept Development: Develop architectural concepts and design proposals based on client requirements, project objectives, and brand guidelines.
• Space Planning: Create layouts for commercial environments, offices, retail spaces, and signage installations.
• 3D Signage Design: Design and model dimensional lettering, illuminated signs, logos, wayfinding systems, and branded displays.
• 3D Visualization & Rendering: Produce realistic renders and mockups showcasing materials, finishes, lighting, dimensions, and signage placement.
• Client Presentations: Prepare professional design presentations and visual proposals for client review and approval.
• Technical Drawings: Develop detailed drawings, elevations, dimensions, and specifications for signage fabrication and installation.
• Production Documentation: Prepare accurate design files and technical documentation for fabrication and production teams.
• Material & Finish Selection: Recommend appropriate materials, finishes, lighting solutions, and construction methods based on design requirements and project feasibility.
• Fabrication Coordination: Ensure designs are practical for manufacturing, assembly, transportation, and installation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with fabrication teams, engineers, and vendors to resolve technical constraints and production requirements.
• Quality Assurance: Review design outputs and production drawings to ensure accuracy and alignment with approved concepts and project specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in architectural design, 3D signage design, environmental graphics, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or equivalent tools.
• Demonstrated experience in 3D signage modeling, photorealistic rendering, technical drawings, and client-facing presentations.
• Strong understanding of signage materials, dimensional lettering, illuminated signage, fabrication methods, and installation requirements.
• Ability to translate creative concepts into technically accurate, production-ready designs.
• Strong attention to detail, visual communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and meet project deadlines.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
