  • Develop architectural details, focusing on integration and coordination of systems, structural integrity, safety, flexibility, and durability.
  • Develop and oversee complex building systems integration, planning, and architectural detailing.
  • Prepare specifications for market-specific architectural products (i.e. cleanroom wall systems, hot/cold aisle containment systems, etc.)
  • Lead the preparation and quality review of construction documents, specifications, and technical studies.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, industry standards, and client-specific requirements.
  • Coordinate architectural solutions with structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, process, fire protection and specialty engineering disciplines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • 7+ years of architectural experience, with at least 2 years focused on Advanced Technology or high-performance building projects.
  • Registered Architect preferred or actively pursuing licensure.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Teams, Bluebeam, and applications related to the CA phase. Training is available from our internal Design Technology group.
  • Understanding of building systems, equipment requirements, and regulatory constraints associated with highly technical environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
