About the Role

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Architect / Interior Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative architectural and interior design concepts, preparing technical drawings, and ensuring that projects meet client requirements, quality standards, and applicable building regulations.

The successful candidate must have strong design skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage projects from concept development through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural and interior design concepts in line with client requirements.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and layouts.
• Design functional, aesthetically pleasing, and practical interior spaces.
• Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and realistic visualisations.
• Select suitable materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other professionals.
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress where required.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations, standards, and specifications.
• Prepare project presentations, design proposals, and documentation.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Incorporate client feedback and make revisions where necessary.
• Keep up to date with current architectural and interior design trends.

Minimum Requirements

• A relevant qualification in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Previous experience in architectural design, interior design, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in relevant design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar programmes.
• Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, finishes, and design principles.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, plans, and project specifications.
• Strong communication, organisational, and project management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• A portfolio demonstrating previous design work.

Additional Advantage:

Professional registration with the relevant professional council, where applicable to the role.

Experience in managing projects from initial concept to final implementation.

Experience working with contractors and overseeing on-site installations.
