Architect Apprentice

Job Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of Construction, Repair and Maintenance Manager, the Architect is responsible for:

Design Development: Assist in the development of architectural designs and plans for various projects.

Collaboration: Work closely with the architectural team to contribute ideas, provide input, and collaborate on project objectives.

Drafting and Modeling: Create detailed architectural drawings, renderings, and models using design software.

Site Visits: Participate in site visits to gather information, assess project conditions, and ensure alignment with design intent.

Research: Conduct research on materials, construction methods, and industry trends to stay informed and contribute to design decisions.

Documentation: Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and other project-related documentation.

Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their requirements, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback into the design process.

Code Compliance: Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards.

Project Coordination: Collaborate with other disciplines within the firm, such as engineers and consultants, to integrate various aspects into the overall design.

Learning and Development: Actively seek opportunities to learn and develop professional skills in architecture, design, and project management.

The architect's role is to support the architectural team in various aspects of project development while gaining practical experience and contributing to the overall success of architectural projects.

Job Types: Full-time, New-Grad

Pay: Php19,693.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
