Architect / Architectural Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect/Architectural Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibilities, excellent visualization skills, and proficiency in architectural design software.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Develop architectural concepts, design proposals, and presentation drawings for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

* Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and construction documentation.

* Create 3D models, design visualizations, photorealistic renderings, and walkthroughs.

* Coordinate with interior designers, consultants, vendors, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.

* Assist in space planning, material selection, furniture layouts, and design detailing.

* Prepare client presentations, mood boards, concept boards, and design documentation.

* Conduct site visits, take measurements, and assist in project coordination and execution.

* Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and project requirements.

* Support project managers in meeting project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.

* Maintain organized project files, drawings, revisions, and documentation.

* Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, materials, and sustainable design practices.

Software Skills Required

* Stay updated with AI-powered design tools and workflows, leveraging emerging technologies to improve design efficiency, visualization quality, and project delivery.

* AutoCAD

* Enscape

* D5 Render

* Adobe Photoshop

* Microsoft Excel

* Microsoft Word

* Microsoft PowerPoint

Preferred Skills:

* V-Ray / Lumion (Optional)

* Adobe Illustrator (Optional)

* Revit (Added Advantage)

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or related field.

3–4 years of experience in architecture or architectural design.

Knowledge of interior design coordination will be an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹11,640.28 per month
