About the role
Architect position for Elper Development Bali, responsible for delivering architectural design, construction documentation, and site coordination on full-time, on-site basis.
Key responsibilities
- Architectural design and concept development
- Prepare construction drawings and technical documentation
- Site supervision and project oversight
- Coordinate with structural and MEP engineers
- Prepare and manage permit documentation
About you
- S1 Architecture degree
- SKK Construction certificate Level 7 (Ahli Muda) minimum required
- 3+ years experience in architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and SNI standards
- Bilingual English and Bahasa Indonesia preferred
