What they need
- Candidate must possess preferably Master in Architecture, Part II or equivalent;
- At least 6 year(s) of working experience with track record of recent completed projects from inception to Tender, Construction, Final Account till CMGD ;
- Ability to lead the team include chairing CCM, Site Meeting, troubleshoot Technical Meeting issues;
- Ability to understand Contract Terms and LAM guideline;
- Ability to prepare Monthly Project Progress Report;
- Independent and familiar with various Authority guidelines with close monitoring on follow up;
- Full-Time / Project Basis / Contract position(s) available;
- Possess own transport.
