- Work closely with external suppliers, review their technical solutions and influence architectural decisions throughout the development chain.
- Make sound technical decisions in complex or uncertain situations and ensure compliance with medical-device, cybersecurity and privacy requirements.
- Document and communicate architectural decisions while promoting technical learning, best practices and continuous improvement across teams.

- Strong knowledge of electrical hardware and electronic schematics, combined with a solid understanding of embedded software architecture and the ability to review code.
- Experience designing complex hardware–software systems and managing dependencies across electronics, software, mechanics and connected applications.
- A pragmatic and decisive approach, with the ability to navigate uncertainty, evaluate technical trade-offs and drive solutions forward.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical groups and influence internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, together with professional fluency in English.
Nice to have
- Experience designing reusable platforms or modular product architectures.
- Experience working in a regulated environment, particularly in the medical-device industry.
