We are currently hiring Architect (Prefab / Modular Construction) for one of our clients.

Job Title: Sales Officer

Location: Somajiguda, Hyderabad
Experience: 2 - 5 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Objective

We are looking for an experienced and execution-oriented Architect to develop precise, execution-ready architectural designs for prefab and modular construction projects. The candidate should have strong AutoCAD skills and a practical understanding of structural systems, prefab logic, and on-site constructability.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.
• Develop detailed working drawings, sections, and architectural details.
• Prepare structural connection details such as wall-to-floor and truss-to-roof connections.
• Coordinate with structural engineers, site teams, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure designs are structurally feasible, buildable, and cost-efficient.
• Review and incorporate site feedback into drawings.
• Prepare execution-level detailing for prefab and modular construction.
• Develop 3D models, visualizations, and presentations.
• Manage drawing revisions and ensure timely submission of updated drawings.
• Identify potential design and execution issues before construction.
• Ensure drawings are compatible with actual site conditions and construction systems.

Technical Requirements

• AutoCAD Mandatory
• SketchUp Required
• Enscape Required
• Canva for presentations.
• Strong knowledge of architectural working drawings and detailing.
• Understanding of structural systems and prefab construction.
• Ability to prepare execution-ready drawings.

Mandatory Knowledge

• Basic understanding of load paths.
• Structural connections and detailing.
• Prefabricated and modular construction principles.
• Construction materials and systems.
• Site execution and constructability.
