Architect

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and develop architectural plans, blueprints, and models using SketchUp.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for residential interior design projects.
• Create detailed designs that meet client requirements while ensuring timely completion of projects within budget constraints.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide solutions.

Job Requirements :

• 0-12 years of experience in architecture or related field.
• Proficiency in SketchUp software for designing and modeling buildings.
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and local laws governing residential construction.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients.
