Architect

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Carry a project forward stage to stage, as the person who knows where it is and what it needs next
• Develop the design and produce the 3D and AI renders the client approves from
• Translate the approved design into working drawings that can be built without guesswork
• Coordinate RCC and MEP consultants on architectural and bungalow projects
• Follow the project on site and protect the design intent from brief to handover

Job Requirements :

• Software**:**AutoCAD and SketchUp required. Enscape, D5 Render or AI rendering experience is a strong advantage
• 0 to 5 years experience; B.Arch, or final year with a completed internship
• Strong AutoCAD and confident SketchUp; a portfolio with working drawings as well as 3D work
• Interest or experience in AI rendering tools is a strong advantage
• Organised, deadline reliable, clear communication
