What you'll be doing?

• Develop design strategies: Create and implement design strategies and standards to meet project goals while ensuring compliance with local regulations, building codes, and authority guidelines.
• Coordinate with stakeholders: Liaise with consultants, local authorities, and regulatory agencies to understand requirements, navigate approval processes, and obtain necessary permits and approvals for projects.
• Manage design timelines: Manage design timelines and coordinate with consultant and contractor teams to effectively meet project milestones and deadlines without compromising quality.
• Conduct site visits: Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, verify design compliance, and address any design-related issues that arise during construction phases.

Who are they looking for?

• Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Architecture with 2-3 years of working experience in architectural practice, preferably in commercial or industrial projects.
• Language proficiency: Good command of English and Chinese to support Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop for design development, presentation, and technical documentation.
