JOB SUMMARY
KST Properties Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Architect who will be responsible for the planning, design, development, and coordination of architectural works for property development and construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural plans, designs, and construction drawings.
- Develop and review designs using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor architectural works.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, specifications, and project requirements.
- Review shop drawings, materials, and architectural details.
- Assist in project documentation, permits, and project turnover.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
- Licensed Architect (PRC) preferred/required.
- With experience in architectural design and construction.
- Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit/SketchUp is an advantage.
- Knowledge of construction methods and applicable building codes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
