Architect

With eight design studios spread around the world, chances are you’ve seen our work before.

We work across architecture, landscape architecture, interior design and urban design - a rich multi-disciplinary mix of skills and perspectives that unlocks the economic, social and cultural value of projects.

We combine our creative design expertise with capabilities in strategy, research, technology and experience design, and we regularly collaborate with experts and partners from further afield.

Through our work, we're trying to build a more inclusive, sustainable future for communities - and create a more socially and ecologically resilient world.

About the Role

We’re looking for experienced Architects who can take a project from Design Development through detailed documentation and delivery, working collaboratively within a large multidisciplinary project team.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Experience working as an Architect on large and complex building projects, particularly from Design Development onwards
• Strong Revit capability and experience developing and documenting architectural design
• Ability to take ownership of design and documentation packages, working through technical and coordination issues as the design develops
• Experience across complex building typologies such as hospitals, airports, rail, stadia, large commercial or multi-residential projects
• Strong consultant coordination skills, including working with structural, building services, façade and other specialist consultants
• Confidence reading and interpreting consultant information and incorporating it into a coordinated architectural solution
• Strong understanding of construction detailing, materials, buildability and how buildings come together
• Ability to identify design, technical and coordination issues and work proactively with the wider team to resolve them
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients, consultants and multidisciplinary project teams
• Experience maintaining design quality and intent as a project moves through documentation and delivery
• Previous Health project experience would be valuable but isn’t essential. We’re interested in Architects with strong experience on other complex building types who are keen to apply their skills to a major Health project
• Full Australian working rights and the ability to work from our Brisbane studio are essential
