Architect

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Architect to join our growing team. The role involves working on architectural projects from concept design through construction documentation, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality drawings.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work in a collaborative studio environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs, planning layouts, and detailed working drawings.
• Prepare concept, schematic, tender, GFC, and presentation drawings.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants.
• Ensure drawings comply with relevant building codes, NBC, and local bye-laws.
• Conduct site visits and resolve technical issues during project execution.
• Prepare BOQs, specifications, and technical documentation wherever required.
• Review drawings for quality, accuracy, and constructability.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, contractors, and vendors.
• Maintain project documentation and adhere to project timelines.
• Assist senior architects in project planning and execution.

• Revit (Preferred)

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.)

• 3 to 8 years of professional experience in architectural design and execution.
• Experience in institutional, commercial, industrial, or government projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction detailing and working drawings.
• Good understanding of building materials and construction techniques.
• Familiarity with National Building Code (NBC) and local development regulations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong ownership of work.
