Qualification B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) Mandatory /

Preferred/ M.Arch

Experience 8-15 Years

Working time and days - 9.30 am to 6.30 pm /6 days working

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Issuance of Drawings, addressing all queries related to design
• Coordinate and resolve queries related to drawings
• Ensure all GFC's are received timely
• Coordinate with all consultants for design details
• Coordinate & conduct for weekly design Review meetings
• Develop and implement project designs, plans, and specifications
• Collaborate with clients, engineers and contractors
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Manage project timelines, budget and quality
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
• Strong design & technical skills.
• High proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, Revit, etc.
• Team leadership skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High problem solving and analytical thinking
• Candidate should have good experience in high rise buildings.
