What they need
- Develop concept designs, master plans, and detailed architectural drawings
- Prepare layout plans, unit plans, elevations, and 3D views
- Ensure efficient space utilization, sustainability, and customer-centric design
- Manage regulatory approvals and ensure compliance with building bye-laws, fire & safety, and environmental norms
- Coordinate with consultants (Structural, MEP, Landscape) and contractors
- Provide design support during construction and conduct site visits
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring design deliverables
- Support procurement with BOQs and technical specifications
- Ensure design quality, standardization, and cost optimization
- Maintain proper documentation including working drawings and as-built drawings
