What they need
About the role
Oversees schedules, quality, safety and budgets to ensure project goal attainment. Regularly supervise progress and analyze construction progress to ensure that design needs are met based on standards and coordinated with concerned groups. Ensure that the designs conform to local and international related codes in design and construction and translate design briefs and intent into 3D renderings.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee schedules, quality, safety and budgets to ensure project goal attainment
- Regularly supervise progress and analyze construction progress to ensure design needs are met based on standards
- Coordinate with concerned groups
- Ensure designs conform to local and international related codes in design and construction
- Translate design briefs and intent into 3D renderings
- Identify and resolve project issues and risks proactively, minimizing project disruptions and delays
- Develop project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans
- Discuss project objectives with management
About you
- Licensed Architect
- At least 3 years experience in construction of high-rise condominium
- Experience in punchlisting
