Role Overview

We are looking for an Architect with 4 years and above of experience to handle architectural design and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Create architectural designs and drawings.
• Understand client requirements and timelines
• Coordinate with engineers and other consultants
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Review construction drawings and materials
• Site visits to monitor progress
• Manage timelines and resolve design or site-related issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Valid architectural license
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar tools required
• Working knowledge of Revit preferred
• Strong design, technical, and communication skills
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices

Work Environment

• Office-based design work with on-site supervision
