Architect

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Architect to handle architectural design, working drawings and site coordination for real estate and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural plans, layouts, elevations, sections and working drawings.
• Develop design concepts and ensure drawings are practical for execution.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP consultants, contractors and site teams.
• Conduct site visits and monitor execution as per approved drawings.
• Review shop drawings, materials and architectural details.
• Resolve design and site-related technical issues.
• Maintain drawing revisions and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable regulations.

Requirements

• B.Arch from a recognized institution.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in real estate/construction.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit/SketchUp will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of architectural drawings, construction details and materials.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in residential/commercial projects preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• ArchiCAD: 3 years (Required)
• Project planning: 1 year (Preferred)
