WE ARE HIRING – ARCHITECT

We are looking for a Architect to join our Real Estate Office in Jalandhar

Location: Harjitsons Real Estate Jalandhar
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Job Type: Full-Time

Requirements

• B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD
• Knowledge of 3D/SketchUp will be an advantage
• Ability to prepare architectural drawings, layouts and plans
• Understanding of residential/commercial projects
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Experience in real estate/construction projects preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural plans and working drawings
• Make 2D/3D designs and presentations
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and site teams
• Assist with project planning and design development
• Conduct site visits when required
• Ensure drawings and designs are accurate and practical
