JOB DESCRIPTION OF ARCHITECT FOR JPR BALALJI PVT LTD

Job Overview

• Role: Architect

• Industry:

• Construction. - Logistics Parks, small buildings, Warehousing, Cold Chain complexes. Stock yards, container Terminals, rail connectivity (preferred).

• Capable of handling multidisciplinary Engineering Projects/ Integrated Projects to include discipline such has Electrical, MEP, Fire, IT, CCTV and surveillance, water Supply, STP etc.

• Experience: 3-7 Years preferable in aligned industry

• Salary: Range 50 -75k per month but no limit for a right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Planning: Create initial concepts, blueprints, and 3D models using software like AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
• Client Coordination: Meet with clients to discuss project goals, style choices, and spending limits.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs follow local building codes, safety rules, and zoning laws.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with civil engineers, project managers, and contractors to integrate structural and utility systems.
• Site Supervision: Visit active construction sites regularly to check work quality and fix design problems.
• Keep a track of drawings, timely release of GFC, coordinate with structural engineer for design and project optimization,
• Undertake design and PMC work for the organization as independent vertical

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture.
• Licensing: Valid local architecture license or registration.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and computer-aided design tools.
• Soft Skills: Clear communication, problem-solving abilities, and time management.
