Job Summary
Provide/ recommend best value architectural design which meets project requirements on safety economically, aesthetically & functionally. Responsible for the architectural design for all engineering projects.
Key Roles and Responsibilities :
Perform detailed architectural design of various structures including landscape design.
Perform alterations and redevelopments on architectural design based on project specifications
Conduct site visits to verify and coordinate with clients, subcontractors and field engineers regarding project concerns
Liaise with design engineers and other concerned organizations regarding project requirements and concerns
Provide assistance in the cost estimation of projects based on designs.
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Architecture; Licensed Architect
- With at least 1-5 years of experience in architectural design and quantity surveying.
- Proficient in Autocad, Lumnion, Sketchup, Revit and Vray.
