Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts and detailed designs for residential projects.
- Prepare working drawings, construction drawings, layouts, and architectural details.
- Create 2D and 3D models, presentations, and realistic visualizations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Review drawings and ensure design execution as per approved plans.
- Assist in material selection and maintain knowledge of architectural materials and finishes.
- Conduct site visits and resolve design-related issues during execution.
- Ensure drawings and documentation meet project requirements and standards.
