Position: Architect

Role & responsibilities

• Plan and design school buildings, classrooms, offices, laboratories, and other facilities.
• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, elevations, and working drawings.
• Conduct site visits and take measurements.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and project teams.
• Monitor construction, renovation, and maintenance works.
• Ensure work is completed as per approved designs, quality standards, and timelines.
• Check materials, measurements, and project requirements.
• Provide solutions for site-related technical issues.
• Maintain project drawings and documentation.
• Coordinate with management and school teams for infrastructure requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Arch from a recognized institution.
• 1 -5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
• Knowledge of Revit/SketchUp and construction processes will be an advantage.
