Job Summary

Bougainvillea Architects LLP is looking for a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented Architect to join our growing design team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural design, planning, construction detailing, and project coordination. The Architect will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing architectural drawings, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring that projects progress smoothly from concept to execution.

The role offers an opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including residential buildings, premium villas, commercial spaces, auditoriums, resorts, and institutional projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Architectural Design & Planning

• Develop innovative and functional architectural design concepts.
• Prepare preliminary sketches, concept designs, and detailed architectural proposals.
• Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D design concepts.
• Ensure designs meet client requirements, project objectives, and applicable regulations.
• Incorporate functionality, aesthetics, sustainability, and site context into designs.
• Prepare design presentations and material mood boards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project coordination.
• Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or institutional projects is preferred.
