A. Architectural Planning and Design

• Prepares architectural plans, designs, layouts, and technical drawings for new construction, renovation, repair, improvement, and other development projects.
• Develops design concepts, schemes, and studies based on project requirements, site conditions, functionality, aesthetics, budget, and applicable standards.
• Prepares and develops detailed architectural plans and designs from conceptualization through design development and construction documentation.
• Conducts site visits and studies project locations to determine existing conditions, site constraints, measurements, accessibility, utilities, and other factors affecting the proposed design.
• Develops architectural solutions that are functional, practical, aesthetically appropriate, cost-conscious, and responsive to the project requirements.
• Prepares preliminary and detailed architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and other required design documents.
• Revises plans, layouts, and designs as instructed by the Planning and Design Head and in coordination with concerned departments and project stakeholders.
• Reviews completed plans and design documents for accuracy, completeness, consistency, constructability, and compliance with approved design requirements.
• Provides recommendations and design improvement proposals to the Planning and Design Head, as appropriate.
• Prepares and develops technical drawings using AutoCAD and other appropriate design software.
• Produces 3D models, perspectives, renderings, and presentation materials for proposed projects.
• Coordinates with relevant government agencies, local government units, utility providers, and regulatory authorities regarding permits, plans, technical submissions, and other project requirements.
• Assists in the preparation, compilation, and submission of architectural plans and supporting documents required for permits and approvals.
• Monitors the status of permit and regulatory submissions and coordinates with concerned personnel to address deficiencies or additional requirements.
• Ensures that architectural designs and documents comply with applicable building laws, codes, regulations, zoning requirements, accessibility standards, and other relevant requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Construction Design: 4 years (Required)
