Position: Architect
Experience Required: 5–6 Years
Location: Ludhiana, Punjab

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings.
• Handle residential, commercial, and institutional projects from concept to execution.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
• Prepare working drawings, presentations.
• Conduct site visits and ensure execution as per design standards.
• Manage project timelines, quality, and compliance with building regulations.
• Lead and guide junior architects and interns.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, and Photoshop.
• Strong knowledge of construction detailing and materials.
• Excellent design, planning, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle projects independently.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or related field.
• 5–6 years of professional experience in architectural projects.

Pay: ₹16,734.28 - ₹28,169.72 per month
