Architect

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and plans.
• Develop 2D and 3D designs as per project requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other teams.
• Handle site visits and ensure work is executed according to approved designs.
• Prepare working drawings and detailed drawings.
• Make necessary design modifications based on client requirements.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of architectural work.
• Maintain project documentation and drawings.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of SketchUp / 3D designing will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of architectural planning and design.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Qualification:

• B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture or relevant qualification

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
