Architect

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and creative Architect with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and construction projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of building design, planning, working drawings, coordination, and site execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, designs, layouts, and detailed drawings for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare working drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
• Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, interior, and other engineering teams.
• Review project drawings and ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
• Conduct site visits and monitor architectural execution as per approved drawings.
• Identify design issues and provide practical solutions during construction.
• Prepare and review BOQ, material specifications, and architectural documentation when required.
• Ensure projects comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and approval requirements.
• Coordinate with local authorities and consultants for necessary approvals.
• Review shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups.
• Make revisions and modifications to drawings based on project requirements.
• Ensure timely completion of design and drawing deliverables.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural drafting.
• Experience in Revit / SketchUp / 3D visualization software will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of building planning, construction methods, and materials.
• Strong design and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification

• B.Arch – Bachelor of Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Relevant professional registration/certification will be an added advantage.

Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture and construction projects.
• Candidates with experience in residential, apartment, commercial, or large-scale building projects will be preferred.
• Site coordination and project execution experience is desirable.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
