What they need
Monitoring and control of construction work. Preparation and verification of working drawings. Monitoring of schedules and progress of work. Preparation of site reports and minutes. Verification of progress reports and work status. Participation in technical meetings and acceptance procedures. Assistance to the project owner and proposal of solutions to technical problems.
Desired Candidate Profile
Architect's degree. Minimum of 5 years' experience in monitoring and controlling construction work and preparing studies for category C, D, and E projects. Sound knowledge of current regulations. Sense of responsibility, rigor, dynamism, and team spirit. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Escape. Proficiency in planning tools, particularly MS Project.
