Architect

Rocco Design Architects Limited is seeking Architect for commercial and institutional projects in Hong Kong. The minimum qualifications required for the posts shall be as follows:

Architect

• Full member of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA) or a Registered Architect.
• Minimum 1 years’ post-qualification experience as an architect (in architecture). Project execution experience of large scale projects and at least 3 years of experience in architectural practice.
• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience as an Project Architect / Architectural Assistant managing the construction phase of new building projects and A&A projects, including handling statutory submissions, is highly preferred.
• Design skill to develop and resolve practical buildability issues is pre-requisite.
• Revit or equivalent 3D modeling skills is preferred.
