We are looking for a motivated and talented Architectural Engineer to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• Experience: 2–4 years of professional experience (UAE experience, specifically in Abu Dhabi, is highly preferred).
• Authority Knowledge: Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi Municipality (DMT / Smart Hub / TAMM) submission procedures and approval requirements.
• Technical Skills: Ability to prepare comprehensive architectural concepts, design development, and highly detailed working/authority drawings.
• Software Proficiency: Expert in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, and 3D Visualization software (e.g., 3ds Max, Lumion, or SketchUp).
• Estimation: Basic knowledge of BOQ preparation and tender documentation.
• Regulations: Good understanding of UAE Building Codes and Abu Dhabi development regulations.
• Soft Skills: Strong skills in architectural visualization, presentation, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Language: Fluent in English (Arabic communication skill is a strong advantage).

Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural concept, authority, and detailed execution drawings.
• Prepare municipality submission packages and efficiently respond to authority comments.
• Produce high-quality 3D visualizations and architectural presentation boards.
• Attend project coordination meetings with clients and authorities when required.
