Experience: 5–10 Years
Qualification: B.Arch / M.Arch
Role:
Handle architectural design, planning, drawings and coordination for real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural plans and working drawings.
- Develop layouts and design concepts.
- Coordinate with Civil, Structural and MEP teams.
- Review drawings and resolve design issues.
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors.
- Conduct site visits and monitor execution.
- Ensure designs meet project requirements and regulations.
Required:
- B.Arch / M.Arch.
- 5–10 years of experience in Real Estate / Construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit knowledge preferred.
- Strong design, coordination and communication skills.
