About THE BAD OFFICE

THE BAD OFFICE is an AEC practice working across architecture, engineering and construction. We approach architecture as a holistic practice, connecting design, economics, engineering, technology and construction to create practical and meaningful outcomes.

Role

We are looking for an Architect who is interested in working across the different stages of a project — from concept and design development to drawings, coordination and site execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and design proposals.
• Prepare plans, elevations, sections and working drawings.
• Develop 3D models, presentations and visualisations.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP and other consultants.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and site teams.
• Attend site visits and assist with project execution.
• Prepare and maintain project drawings and documentation.
• Research materials, construction methods and design solutions.
• Participate in client and project discussions.
• Identify design or site issues and assist in finding practical solutions.
• Work on multiple projects and meet project deadlines.

Skills Required

• B.Arch / M.Arch.
• Good architectural design and planning skills.
• Knowledge of construction and detailing.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Software

Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Grasshopper, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, Enscape or similar tools will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,014.36 - ₹51,896.11 per month
