Ravion Vertex Systems Pvt Ltd is a professionally managed EPC company specializing in premium residential construction and turnkey project delivery through RAVION HOMES. We focus on architectural excellence, engineering precision, quality construction, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

We are seeking a creative, technically proficient, and detail-oriented Architect to join the RAVION HOMES design team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing residential architectural concepts and translating them into well-planned, technically coordinated, and aesthetically refined designs. The role requires sound knowledge of architectural principles, residential planning, detailing, materials, and contemporary design practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and design proposals for premium residential projects.
• Prepare detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and architectural drawings.
• Develop space planning and functional layouts based on project requirements.
• Prepare architectural working and GFC drawings.
• Develop façade, staircase, toilet, kitchen, and other architectural details.
• Incorporate appropriate materials, finishes, and contemporary design approaches.
• Evaluate design alternatives based on functionality, aesthetics, practicality, and project requirements.
• Prepare clear and coordinated architectural documentation.
• Incorporate client and management feedback while maintaining design integrity.
• Coordinate with internal engineering and project teams during design development.
• Maintain drawing standards, revision control, and documentation accuracy.
• Deliver design outputs within agreed project schedules.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architecture.
• Experience in residential architecture is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong working knowledge of SketchUp.
• Sound knowledge of architectural planning, design principles, and detailing.
• Understanding of residential construction methods and building materials.
• Strong spatial planning and visualization skills.
• Good presentation, communication, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
