ATTA Studio is looking for an experienced Architect to join our team in Bali.

We are looking for a well-rounded architect with a strong design sensibility and solid technical and construction knowledge — someone capable of taking ownership of a project from the first client discussions and concept development through detailed design, construction documentation, and execution on site.

Our projects are focused on contemporary architecture, hospitality, residential developments, villas, and lifestyle-driven spaces, with a strong emphasis on design quality, materiality, detailing, and the relationship between architecture and interiors.

Role Overview:

The Architect supports the design team in developing architectural concepts, producing detailed drawings, and creating visual presentations. This role assists in translating initial design ideas into comprehensive technical packages, coordinating with project consultants, and maintaining organized design documentation throughout all project phases. 
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing preliminary design concepts, space planning layouts, and architectural floor plans.

• Produce high-quality 3D renderings, digital models, and presentation materials for client meetings and internal reviews.

• Prepare material boards, mood boards, and physical models to effectively communicate design intent.

• Draft detailed schematic designs, design development drawings, and basic construction documentation under senior supervision.

• Incorporate redlines, consultant markups, and revision notes accurately into CAD and BIM files.

• Assist in preparing schedule lists for doors, windows, finishes, and interior fixtures.

• Coordination & Project Support

• Support senior staff in coordinating architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and interior design discipline drawings.

• Attend site visits to record field conditions, take measurements, and assist with progress reporting.

• Keep project drawing registers, design files, and sample libraries properly organized and up to date.

• Explore diverse design options, spatial layouts, and architectural forms during the early conceptual phase through rapid sketch models and digital iteration.

• Create compelling graphical narratives, mood boards, and immersive visual presentations that bring initial design ideas to life for clients.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Architecture or a related design discipline from an accredited institution.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of practical experience in architectural design.

• Demonstrated portfolio showing strong conceptual thinking, drafting skills, and architectural visualization abilities.

• Familiarity with local building codes, permitting processes, and basic construction techniques.

Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, or similar drafting and modeling tools.

• Competency in visualization software such as Enscape, V-Ray, Lumion, or Photoshop.

• Strong creative intuition for spatial composition, material pairing, color palettes, and architectural lighting techniques.

• Solid understanding of architectural drafting conventions, spatial layout principles, and graphic communication.

• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple drawing tasks and meet established project deadlines.
