Garguena Contracting and General Services (GCGS) is looking for a qualified and motivated Architect to join our team in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.

Job Description

• Prepare, review, and interpret architectural plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, contractors, and other project personnel.
• Monitor architectural works at the project site to ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and identify design or construction issues.
• Assist in resolving technical and architectural concerns during project implementation.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions, and other technical documents.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
• Ensure that architectural works comply with project requirements, standards, and applicable regulations.
• Perform other duties related to architectural and construction activities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• Architectural apprenticeship/OJT experience is welcome.
• Licensed Architect (RA) is preferred/required.
• With experience in construction, site supervision, or project coordination is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in architectural plans, specifications, and construction methods.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant architectural software.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on-site in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.
• Willing to travel or be assigned to other project locations when required.
• Can work independently and coordinate effectively with project teams.What We Offer
