Architect Opportunities | Belfast | Permanent | Full-time

MPA Recruitment has been retained to appoint an Architect for a thriving, design-led practice in Belfast and this is very much a “let’s talk” moment for the right people.

Whether you’re newly qualified or bring up to 20 years’ experience, if you’re looking for a role where your ideas are heard and your work genuinely makes it to site, this is well worth exploring.

Where great ideas actually get built

If you’ve gained a few years’ experience in practice, or you’re bringing a wealth of it, and you’re ready for a role with real responsibility, visible projects and genuine momentum, this opportunity delivers.

This growing studio is producing high-quality work across both public and private sectors throughout Ireland, and the pipeline is strong. In plain terms: you’ll be busy, you’ll be trusted, and you’ll be making an impact.

This is a newly created role to support continued growth. No filler. No stagnation. Just meaningful architecture and the space to do your best work.

The Role

As an Architect, you’ll take ownership of projects from concept through to technical delivery. You’ll work closely with senior colleagues while also developing or bringing your own project leadership capability.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role within a collaborative team that values clarity, accountability and a good sense of humour.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading or supporting projects across all RIBA stages
• Producing and coordinating detailed technical drawings and information
• Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and contractors
• Contributing to design development and solving real-world challenges on live schemes
• Playing an active role in a practice that’s scaling with purpose
