What they need
A professional who can combine strong architectural design and technical skills with practical knowledge of construction, BIM processes and BIM Modeling, project coordination, and site implementation.
- Candidate must be from Architectural Firm/Design Consultant Firm and Construction Management
- With experience in architectural and civil works.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant architectural experience
- Strong knowledge of BIM and Autodesk platforms
- Experience in BIM Modeling and architectural documentation
- Experience in Design Development and project coordination
- Background in Construction Administration and Site Supervision
- Strong technical and design capabilities
- Practical experience in construction and project management
- Ability to coordinate effectively with different project teams
Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City
