JOB DESCRIPTION – ARCHITECT*

*Location:* Chennai

*Job Summary:*

We are looking for an experienced Architect with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and commercial building projects. The candidate will be responsible for design coordination, drawing preparation, site coordination, and ensuring execution as per approved architectural plans.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and details.

* Coordinate architectural designs with structural, MEP, and other consultants.

* Review drawings and ensure proper coordination before execution.

* Visit project sites regularly to monitor architectural works.

* Ensure construction is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.

* Coordinate with contractors, engineers, consultants, and project teams.

* Review material samples, finishes, and mock-ups.

* Identify design discrepancies and coordinate for timely resolution.

* Assist in preparing BOQs, specifications, and material schedules where required.

* Monitor architectural quality and finishing works.

* Attend site meetings and provide technical inputs.

* Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, approvals, and site instructions.

* Ensure timely completion of architectural deliverables.

*Required Qualifications & Skills:*

* B.Arch from a recognized institution.

* Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural experience.

* Experience in commercial building projects preferred.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of Revit/SketchUp will be an advantage.

* Good understanding of building materials, construction methods, and finishes.

* Strong design, coordination, and site supervision skills.

* Good communication and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
