Architect

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architect with 2 5 years of relevant experience to join our team in Bengaluru.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of architectural design and residential projects, along with the ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute architectural designs for residential projects.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections and working drawings.
• Coordinate architectural requirements with structural, MEP and other consultants.
• Work closely with contractors and site teams to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
• Conduct regular site visits and resolve design-related execution issues.
• Review drawings, material specifications and construction details.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and consultants for smooth project execution.
• Ensure projects adhere to approved designs, specifications and quality standards.
• Identify design or execution issues and provide practical solutions.
• Assist in planning, design development and documentation for residential projects.
• Maintain proper project drawings, revisions and documentation.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned architectural deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• 2 - 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong experience in residential architectural projects.
• Good understanding of architectural design and construction.
• Experience in contractor handling and site coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of construction materials, detailing and execution.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple project requirements.

Preferred

• Experience working with real-estate developers or residential development companies.
• Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants and site engineers.
• Knowledge of local construction practices and approvals.
