Job Summary
Powercode Construction and Supply is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to assist in the planning, design, and execution of residential, commercial, and institutional projects. The successful candidate will prepare architectural plans, coordinate with clients and project teams, conduct site inspections, and ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- Licensed Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other design software is an advantage
- Strong design, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willing to conduct site visits and coordinate with project teams
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings, plans, and design presentations
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, consultants, and contractors
- Conduct site inspections and monitor design implementation
- Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and project specifications
- Assist in project documentation and permit processing
Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
