Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
2. Licensed Architect (preferred)
3. Proven experience in architectural design and project management
4. Proficient in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit)
5. Strong knowledge of building codes and construction standards
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills
7. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and specifications
2. Develop project concepts and present design proposals
3. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
4. Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
5. Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress
6. Review and approve materials, finishes, and construction methods
7. Assist in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
8. Address and resolve design and construction issues
