Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design for new developments, renovations, and repositioning projects, from concept to completion
• Create feasibility studies, concept designs, and design development packages to support investment decisions
• Prepare and manage permit and licensing applications, ensuring compliance with Greek building regulations and planning requirements
• Coordinate engineers, consultants, interior designers, and contractors to deliver integrated, high-quality projects
• Produce and review technical drawings, specifications, and BIM models
• Conduct site visits and design supervision, making sure work is built to design intent and quality standards
• Support cost control and value engineering, working closely with project and asset management teams
• Bring in high-end materials, finishes, and smart building technology that suit the expectations of ultra high net worth clients
• Present design proposals and progress updates clearly to senior management

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Degree in Architecture and registration with the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE)
• 5+ years' experience in architectural practice, ideally in luxury residential, hospitality, or high-end commercial projects
• Strong command of AutoCAD and Revit; experience with 3D visualisation tools (e.g. SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, V-Ray) is an advantage
• Solid knowledge of Greek building regulations (NOK), permitting procedures, and planning requirements
• Proven experience managing consultants, contractors, and project timelines
• A refined design sensibility and strong attention to detail
• Fluency in Greek and English (spoken and written) is essential
• Strong organisational, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience in renovation, heritage, or repositioning projects is a strong advantage
