Architect

We’re working with a well-established and growing architecture firm in Dallas that is looking to add several Mid-Level Architects to its team.

This is a great opportunity for an architect with roughly 7–12 years of experience who is ready to take on more project responsibility while continuing to be involved in the technical and design sides of the work.

The firm has a strong and consistent project pipeline with work across single-family residential, multifamily, commercial, mixed-use and other project types. They offer the resources and stability of a larger organization while continuing to grow their architecture team in Dallas.

Responsibilities:

• Work across multiple phases of projects from design through construction
• Develop and coordinate construction documents
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants and engineering disciplines
• Assist with project management, schedules and deliverables
• Participate in client meetings and project communication
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Help ensure projects meet quality, code and design standards

Qualifications:

• Approximately 7–12 years of architectural experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Strong technical and construction documentation experience
• Experience coordinating projects and working with multidisciplinary teams
• Revit proficiency preferred
• Architectural licensure is a plus, but not necessarily required
• Strong communication and organizational skills

This is a good fit for someone who has developed a strong technical foundation and is looking for an opportunity to continue progressing toward a Project Architect or Project Manager level.
