QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture

Experience: at least 2 years of relevant work experience

Training: at least 8 hours of relevant training

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Project coordination

• AutoCAD, Adobe PhotoShop, Revit

• SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape

• Proficient in architectural design, drafting, presentation, and 3D visualization

• Excellent technical writing skills

• Adept in research and feasibility studies

EMPLOYMENT STATUS

The selected candidate shall be hired as an employee of DBP Service Corporation (DBPSC), but will be deployed to the Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) as an assigned staff. As a DBPSC employee, s/he shall be entitled to the following benefits:

Duties and Responsibilities / Scope of Work

1. Studies and produces plans for assigned projects in order to maximize the site’s capacity;
2. Coordinates with consultants and other team members in reviewing feasibility of the projects;
3. Monitors ongoing projects and ensures adherence to plans and work schedule of the projects;
4. Reviews project sites and proposals in accordance with the requirements for the housing programs;
5. Conduct site visits, attends meetings, and coordinates with various project professionals;
6. Produces schematic architectural drawings, 3D exterior perspectives and presentation materials for board presentations; and
7. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
